Editorial policy
How we build, check and update every tool and page.
Our standards
Every tool is based on a published formula, a recognized standard or a clear definition. We name the method on the page and give a worked example.
Content is written for real people, not for search engines. We explain what a tool does, how it works and where it falls short.
Testing
We test each tool with known examples and edge cases such as zero, negative numbers, leap years and empty input. We re test after changes.
Updates and corrections
Pages show an updated date. When we find or are told about an error we fix it, and we update the date. Report an error through the contact page.
Use of AI
We may use AI assistance to help draft text and code. A person reviews tools and explanations before they are published, and results are verified against worked examples.
Advertising
Ads help pay for the site. They never influence a result, and they are clearly separated from tool output.
